Community Physio required for North Wiltshire
Location: Malmesbury & Royal Wootton Bassett
Grade: Band 6
Speciality: Community Physiotherapist for 3 , 4 or 5 days a week.
Seeing patients in their own homes over a large area of north Wiltshire.
Areas covered are Malmesbury, five minutes from Junction 17 of M4.
Team usually has 4 Therapists on duty and 10 Community Nurses on Duty so although you may be visiting single-handed there is always help available.
Initially shifts are the Core Shifts of 8.30am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday.
Other shifts are available if convenient to you.
Experience of Community Work is essential.
Ability to work independently is essential.
Confidence to ask for assistance or advice is also essential.
Own transport is essential.
Experience of using System One or other electronic notes is preferable but training can be given.
We can offer three months of shifts, to the right Physiotherapist Hours: Full Time
Duration: 3 Months
Car Driver: Yes – Essential
You must have DBS Online (preferably), HCPC, & up to date MH/BSL & Online training (CSTF)
