Earn up to £250* for referring a colleague

We are always looking for excellent medical/healthcare professionals to fill the growing number of positions we have, and we understand that you are best placed to recommend your friends/colleagues to us.

In return, and as a thank you, you could be eligible for a lucrative referral bonus.

You will receive £50* once they have completed their full compliance registration with us, and a further £200* depending on their profession and after they have worked 150 hours.

 
  • £250 in cash or £250 worth of vouchers for every doctor referred.
  • £200 for every AHP referred.
  • £200 for every critical care staff (including theatres) referred.
  • £150 for every nurse referred.
  • £75 for every HCA referred.

Remember there’s no limit to how many referrals you make…So there’s no limit to how much you can earn!

How it works

  1. Send us the details of your friends/colleagues and we’ll contact them, register them and find them work.
  2. Once they’ve worked a set number of hours you’ll receive your referral bonus.
  3. Referred colleague must not already be registered with Locum Placement Group.
  4. Cash bonus, will be subject to NI and tax deductions.
  5. Locum Placement Group reserves the right to make amendments to this scheme without prior notice.
