Our compliance process is simple, straight forward and tailored to you. You will be assigned a compliance co-coordinator who will be on hand to support you every step of the way.
Prior to starting your placement you are required to have an interview and to provide the following original documents;
• Up to date CV explaining any employment gaps
• Valid Passport & Visa
• Professional Qualifications
• Valid Driving licence
• DBS Certificate
• At least 2 Professional references
• Immunisation history
• Mandatory training certificates dated within the last 12 months
• Proof of professional registration (NMC/GMC/HCPC/etc)
• Recent Utility bills dated within last 3 months
Please note the above can vary by profession and additional documentation may be required.
Some documents are required to be renewed annually. Our compliance maintenance team will contact you before a document expires to enable you to stay compliant to work.

If you do not have a current DBS check, our compliance team can arrange for a check to be completed online. This must be renewed annually unless you are subscribed to the DBS Update Service. There is a fee for this service.
You will be required to provide proof of completing mandatory training inline with skills for health before working including Manual Handling and Basic Life Support. You are required to complete all the online training modules. Please contact your compliance co-coordinator for more details and login details together with costs.
