Responsibilities: To complete initial and priority assessments for children and young people in the Medway Locality, undertake duty, SPA and additional responsibilities as requested. The purpose is to ensure that all initial and urgent referrals are completed with-in timescales and to provide additional resource given the number of follow up and priority assessment received by the Medway locality hub, the post holder will also undertake direct work with young people and have case management responsibilities.

 

Skills: The post holder will be graduate qualified health care professionals (E.g. Nurse, social worker, occupational Therapist) or will have substantial CAMHS Clinical experience and where appropriate will be fully registered with the appropriate professional regulatory body e.g. NMC or HCPC they will have extensive clinical experience.
