Grade: Band 6
Speciality: To complete initial and priority assessment for children and young people in the Medway locality. Undertake duty, SPA and additional responsibilities as requested. The purpose is to ensure that all initial and urgent referrals are completed within timescales and to provide additional resources given the number of follow up and priority assessments received by Medway Locality Hub. The post holder will also undertake direct work with young people and have case management responsibilities. The Post Holder will be a graduate qualified health care professional (E.g. Nurse, social worker) or will have substantial CAMHS clinical experience and where appropriate will be fully registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g. HCPC, NMC) they will have extensive clinical experience.
Length of contract & Hours: Full time, part time, Locum, Flexible, unlimited, block bookings, 6 month contract
Start Date: ASAP
Accommodation: available depending on trust, if not LPG can assist with securing reasonably priced accommodation outside the trust.
Must have a Valid NMC
