Earn up to £250* for referring a colleague
We are always looking for excellent medical/healthcare professionals to fill the growing number of positions we have, and we understand that you are best placed to recommend your friends/colleagues to us.
In return, and as a thank you, you could be eligible for a lucrative referral bonus.
You will receive up to £250* once they have completed their full compliance registration with us, and after they have worked 150 hours.
Before you recommend your friend, you must obtain their permission/consent to provide their personal information to us. We will tell your friend that you have recommended them to us, when we contact them.
- £250 in cash or £250 worth of vouchers for every doctor referred.
- £200 for every AHP referred.
- £200 for every critical care staff (including theatres) referred.
- £150 for every nurse referred.
- £75 for every HCA referred.
Remember there’s no limit to how many referrals you make…So there’s no limit to how much you can earn!
How it works
- Send us the details of your friends/colleagues and we’ll contact them, register them and find them work.
- Once they’ve worked a set number of hours you’ll receive your referral bonus.
- Referred colleague must not already be registered with Locum Placement Group.
- Cash bonus, will be subject to NI and tax deductions.
- Locum Placement Group reserves the right to make amendments to this scheme without prior notice.
